Madeleine and Ben - spring family photoshoot in a Norwich flower field

One of my favourite things about photographing families is capturing the moments that happen naturally: the cuddles, the giggles, the way little hands reach for their parents, and the interactions that show the real connection between everyone. These are the memories that often become the most treasured as children grow.

The good news? A shoot with three young children age 7 and under, is necessarily about capturing the natural moments, because the chances of posed shots are… null :D And - hear me out - that’s a GOOD THING.

Aside from the one shot you’ll send grandma, the images that will make you ‘awww’ the most, I guarantee, are the ones that show your children’s true personalities. The shots where you can hear their laughter, and perceive their love by the way they look at you.

As a family photographer in Norwich, I’m always drawn to sessions where families can relax, play, and just be themselves. There’s no need to worry about perfect poses. The best photographs often come from the in-between moments: a shared smile, a spontaneous cuddle, or the laughter that happens when everyone is simply having fun together.

As I always say: let it be chaos. Embrace it! And let me show you how we can turn it into beauty <3
